The water enters the meter from the inlet of the meter body and impacts the vane wheel at the tip of the vane blades to make it rotate. The rotation of the vane wheel (proportional to the velocity of water flow) is transmitted directly to the central gear in the vacuum-sealed register by the magnetic coupling. The sealed register totalizes and indicates the water volume passing through the meter.

Water enters the meter body through the inlet and is guided by a special flow channel to form a single, concentrated water jet. This high-speed water jet impacts the impeller, causing it to rotate. The rotation speed of the impeller is proportional to the water flow rate. The rotational motion is then transmitted to the counter mechanism to accumulate and display the total volume of water passing through the meter.
