Sluice Gate Valve
The manual knife gate valve is mainly applied to coal washing plant or mineral processing plant Pipeline which can make switching time unrestricted or installed in spare valve which can make overhaul easily. Its applicable medium includes bauxite slurry, asphalt, catalyst residue, silt, concrete mud, mortar, pulp, cement, paraffin, slag, sawdust, ash, clay, pulverized coal, etc. The manual knife gate valve has some advantages of simple structure, light weight, flexible starting, easy installation and replacement, and lower maintenance cost. The upside of the valve body is a Hand-wheel device which significantly reduces the total weight of valve body. When the handwheel is turned clockwise, the valve is turned on, otherwise it is turned off.
