Firstly, the "double flange" is a flat, circular, plate-like construction with many connecting holes arranged around its circumference. Double flange means that the pipe fitting is equipped with flange components at both ends, which can firmly connect with other components in the pipeline system. In order to guarantee proper connection sealing and stop leaks, bolts are typically utilized to go through the flange's holes, and a gasket is positioned in the center.
