1. Working principle
Ball valve: The opening and closing part (ball) is driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the ball valve. Gate valve: The opening and closing part is a gate. The direction of movement of the plunger is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The gate valve is sealed by the contact between the valve seat and the gate. Usually the sealing surface is welded with metal materials to increase wear resistance, such as welding, stainless steel, etc. The ram has a rigid ram and an elastic ram. According to the difference of the gate, the gate valve is divided into rigid gate valve and elastic gate valve.

Gate valve: light in weight, the valve body is made of high-quality ductile iron, which is about 20% to 30% lighter than traditional gate valves. Easy to install and maintain; flat-bottomed door seat; one-piece packaging, not easy to fall off, good elastic memory; precision casting valve body, valve body adopts precision casting, precise geometrical dimensions make the inside of the valve body without any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve Sex.
