Applicable scope of turbine butterfly valve:

The applicable temperature of D341H-1.6C metal sealed butterfly valve is ≤ 400 ℃.

D341X-1.6C type soft seal valve is applicable to temperatures of 90 - 100 ℃.

They are suitable for use as opening and closing devices on industrial pipelines such as air, water, steam, and oil products.

Structure of turbine butterfly valve:

Vertical plate structure, with integral valve rod. The sealing ring of the metal hard sealing valve is a composite structure of flexible graphite plate and stainless steel plate, which is installed on the valve body. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is welded with stainless steel. The sealing ring of the sealing valve is made of nitrile rubber and installed on the butterfly plate. The valve body and valve seat are welded with stainless steel.

Working principle of turbine butterfly valve:

The design of metal sealed valves is based on the principle of a three eccentric structure, utilizing the inherent cam effect to completely eliminate all friction between the valve seat and the sealing ring during a 90 degree stroke. The design of the rubber soft seal butterfly valve adopts a single eccentric structure, which is different from the center line soft seal. After the butterfly plate rotates by about degrees, the valve seat and sealing ring quickly disengage, thereby reducing friction.
